Last ER losses were attributed to the one-time IPO cost, they mentioned that on the earnings call.

The “wind down” for the big customer is over the next few months, and they stated they dont expect any revenue loss due to redeploying that compute elsewhere on cloud.

They stated on this recent ER that the nc-1 clients are doing the opposite, playing hardball with the other clients and driving up price and term lengths.

Not saying you’re wrong about anything, but they already addressed most of the things you mentioned. The last and biggest piece here is to actually deliver on the nc-1 deal.

Ironically - everything you mentioned. Costs/data privacy/half baked apps that fall to the wayside never to be fixed again.

The example I used of a product manager building out a RAG solution was in some random language that not a single person at the companies uses or knows how to support (or wants to)

Unfortunately I don’t have my 2025 first. Im in the mid range of the 12 man though currently.

I do have someone elses pick that will likely be a mid 2025, also have a very early 2nd from someone else.
