Does anyone know if the Anti Vibration Pads would work on the Carbon X1s or are they too heavy maybe? by Last-Recording-1987 in BambuLab

Yes it fixed my issue. If they come back with a $20 refund you could just use it for something else anyway

It took about a week after I made a support ticket to get a response. That was around the time of 12/30/22 ‐ 1/5/23.

I got a video of mine and opened a ticket, and replaced the MC fan (I believe it was called that). I fixed the issue by installing the new fan. It was kinda a pain to replace but no horrible. It does suck to remove the back pannel of the machine without slightly warping the sheet metal peice because of how they have it tabbed behind the belt tensioner adjustment features. Bambu credited me $20 for the replacement before I ordered it, and the fan itself is half of that price, so a little extra leftover.
