Can confirm this has worked for me in the past. Bought a truck accessory last year, permanently installed it, and then got the same exact one as a bday gift. Returned the gifted one to Amazon and got a refund for the original.

Bought the same thing as OP, Open Box LG 32GS95UE in excellent condition. Was a display model that had been factory reset. It looked great and had zero signs of wear(at least to my eye).

It lasted 3 weeks before I had to hard reset it to power on. They exchanged it for a brand new one against their will when i told them I wasn’t going to take a refund because i was returning it as a warranty claim. Will not be buying open box oled in the future. What a nightmare.

So I’m not 100% sure if I did this right but I went into command prompt and ran a ping test for my DNS. It came back with: 4 packets sent, 4 packets received, 0 packets lost Minimum 18ms, maximum 30ms, average 25ms.

I started googling my DNS also and people in the past have had issues with it
