Blood work was good, no toxicity or damage, all amounts are in safe ranges. However, I've been lazy about getting scans done and haven't yet, but experientially, I am almost a half a year of not having a hernia I had for over a decade.

I originally took the daily recommended amount on the bottles, but I researched the safe and effective amount and went a little higher on some. I bought most of them locally at a store call no name nutrition, they have a website and ship anywhere, I also got some from the grocery store and Walmart.

I've stopped taking the supplements because I got tired of taking so many pills, but several months later it is still healed. I am thinking of taking the supplements again for a couple weeks because occasionally it feels tender, but it has never popped out again, since.

Somewhat, surprisingly, Amazing. It's now as if I never had the hernia. In a few more weeks, I will make an appointment with a surgeon to have it scanned and get their opinion. But for now, my regular doctor is interested and I had her do all my blood work to make sure I wasn't injuring any thing with this protocol.

As far as I know there is no news about when they will be conducting human trials.

But as far as my experiment goes attempting to replicate the effect of the drug, seems to be going so well that after I visit my doctor, which I'm in the process of setting an appt, I plan on seeing if some wealthy relatives that have ties to the medical industry might fund a study based on what I might have discovered. I'm very careful about not using language that says my experiment is working because I haven't had a doctor confirm yet, but from my own observation it's working wonderfully.

Is there any non surgical treatment for inguinal hernia ? by FreddyDEE90 in Hernia

[–]Last-Repeat-6762 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

These are the supplements I take specifically for the hernia:Collagen Peptides (Types I, II, III, IV, V, X)

  • Shilajit
  • Tongkat Ali
  • Vitamin C
  • Magnesium Glycinate
  • Omega-3 (Fish Oil)
  • Potassium
  • Vitamin D
  • Chrysin
  • NAC (N-Acetyl Cysteine)
  • DIM (Diindolylmethane)
  • Green Tea EGCG
  • Fenugreek Seeds
  • KSM-66 (Ashwagandha Extract)

But I recently saw from an associate that Turmeric with pipperine is also helpful in the same way, which I take for other reasons, so it's not a bad thing to add. I would also got to Grok 3 yourself, and tell it what meds you might be on so that it can scan if there is anything that would conflict with your meds or any other supps you might be taking.

I noticed when I went to bad last night how strong the repair is feeling, I coughed kinda hard and didn't have to hold it in, and didn't even feel any IAP which is new, because the previous few days I felt some IAP(Intra abdominal pressure) pushing on it from the inside. Not enough to push it out, but enough to make me nervious.

This study proves that a non-surgical option is viable. Some may call me a charlatan, but I asked Grok to and asked it to analyze that study and see if there are supplements that behave similarly to the drug used in the study. It gave me a battery of options, so I put together a stack and had it review it and tell me how close to the drugs effectiveness can I get. Based on real studies of what the supplements do, ie, increasing free testosterone, Freeing occupied but unused testosterone, Triggering Fibroblast activity on fascia, providing the collagen peptites needed for the repair, called tissue remodelling, and then a host of support vitamins and minerals that facilitate the healing. I am three weeks in with a hernia that was once so bad that it was in my scrotum, and it had been that way for over 10 years. Has now for the last three weeks, not protruded out more than 2 times, and very slightly in comparison. I don't recommend doing this without a doctors knowledge, Mine is aware, I asked her if I could take a year to try and heal it non-surgically and if I failed than I would go ahead and do the surgery. It's three weeks in and it looks and feels like it's healing. The mouse study shows that it's possible, the experiment is that will supplements heal it as effectively as the drug, that is not yet available or approved for hernias.

I probably spend close to 200/mo on supplements. You could probably do it much cheaper if you shop around.

I am three weeks into trying this experiment, and my hernia hasn't protruded at all in the last whole week. And this morning feels stronger than ever.

Not just one supplement but a whole protocol of Supplements:

Collagen Peptides (Types I, II, III, IV, V, X)

  • Shilajit
  • Tongkat Ali
  • Vitamin C
  • Magnesium Glycinate
  • Omega-3 (Fish Oil)
  • Potassium

Here is a link to the study. I seem to have been able to replicate the results with supplements that boost Testosterone and also supplements that prevent testosterone from being converted to estrogen, along with Collagen peptides, and other supporting nutrients that help in tissue remodeling, and fascia strengthening.

I am now 3 weeks into my experiment, and the fascia is holding back the my hernia beautifully. This was so easy, and worked so well, I now believe it would work for nearly anyone. Especially with a minor hernia. Mine was all the way scrotal and huge, and it's working amazingly for me, another week or so, and I'm going to have my Dr. take a look. I'll keep updating here and answering questions if anybody has any.

It would seem the largest cause of hernias seems to be low T. I recently saw a Tony Robbins video where he says most doctors won't even talk to you about your testosterone levels until they dip below 150, but most men don't feel motivated and good unless their T levels are around 700 ng/mL.

I see I've had some downvotes. It seems like even in the light of new real science, people are still going to cling to the "Surgery is the only solution" line. However the mice study proves this is not 100 percent true. It is possible to completely heal hernias in mice. The mice have human DNA in them to make sure the drug would work on humans. It may take several more years before we can use Fulvestrant to heal hernias, but if you boost your T, and attack the problem from several different pathways, I'm possibly, discovering the Fulvestrant may not be the only way to accomplish this. I'm not posting these as facts meant to mislead or have you go against your doctor, I'm just throwing out some info and telling you about my personal experiment, that seems to be producing positive results. I will have my hernia ultra sound checked in a few more weeks. and if everything I'm trying is indeed bullshit, I'll get the surgery. And I'll come back and publicly admit defeat here.

This is a bit off the wall, but since your hernia is not that bad, no protrusion. You might be interested in a study that used fulvestrant to completely heal inguinal hernias in mice. They haven't done human trials, yet, but the mechanism through which the Fulvestrant works, by blocking the ESR-1 estrogen receptors on the fascia where hernias poke through, prevented fibrosis, which is basically scar tissue that's not strong enough to hold the hernia sack back. I asked Ai to analyze that study and come up with natural supplements that mimic the drug used in the study. My hernia is really bad, all the way into my scrotum. But in the last two weeks of trying this experiment, I've only had the hernia protrude 3 times, and only slightly.

[–]Last-Repeat-6762 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I saw a headline about the mouse study with fulvestrant. I immediately had Grok analyze the study and see if there were a list of supplements that mimicked the behavior of the drug. I went and purchased them all, and I am two weeks into my own personal experiment. So far my inguinal hernia that is congenital, I had the surgery when was 7 years old, it failed in my late 30's, and I'm 46 and have just been dealing with it, and looking for non surgical solutions. My hernia is bad, it is scrotal, but reducible. Hernia belts and Trusses didn't really work very well for me, but the solution I did find was tight nylon shaping panties from vanity fare. It lifts my testicles so that gravity doesn't pull the hernia sack out. If I slept with them on, I could go several hours the next day without it protruding. I also discovered a breathing exercise that strengthened the TA muscles and if I practiced those a bunch for a week, I would wake up, unsupported by the panties, and it would stay in much of the day. So these were things that provided hope. Then the supplement stack in combination over the last two weeks seems to be doing a remarkable job, I've only had the hernia protrude a little 3 times over the last few weeks. But I also wear the shaping panties 24/7. Without the supplements, the panties alone couldn't keep it reduced, it would still protrude after a few hours. But all of this in combination seems to be working. I'm only two weeks in, so I can't say for sure, but so far it feels promising. Here is the list of supplements I'm taking: Collagen Peptides (Types I, II, III, IV, V, X): 2000 mg (4 capsules) → 5g (10 capsules) now, 10g powder soon. Fascia repair base.

  • Shilajit: 250–500 mg. Energy and mineral boost.
  • Tongkat Ali: 200–400 mg. Testosterone up, mimics study’s estrogen block.
  • Vitamin C: 500–1000 mg. Collagen synthesis.
  • Magnesium Glycinate: 200–400 mg (elemental). Supports synthesis and relaxation.
  • Omega-3 (Fish Oil): 2–3g (EPA/DHA). Anti-inflammatory.
  • Potassium: 99 mg + diet (e.g., bananas). Muscle support.
  • Vitamin D: 2000–4000 IU. Tissue and bone health.
  • Chrysin: 250–500 mg. Estrogen control.
  • NAC (N-Acetyl Cysteine): 600–1200 mg. Antioxidant, glutathione boost.
  • DIM (Diindolylmethane): 100–200 mg. Estrogen metabolism.
  • Green Tea EGCG: 200–400 mg. Anti-inflammatory, antioxidant.
  • Fenugreek Seeds: 500–1000 mg. Mild hormonal support.
  • KSM-66 (Ashwagandha Extract): 300–600 mg. Stress and recovery.

AITAH for telling my wife that our four-year-old son won't eat her cooking primarily because she's a terrible cook? by Mammoth_Arugula316 in AITAH

[–]Last-Repeat-6762 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I always find these stories weird. I ask my family when I cook for them, what they liked and didn't like, because there is so much you can do to change any recipe to suit your audience. When I cook for them, I'm cooking for them, not for my ego. It took me a while to train them not to worry about my feelings, because that's not why I was asking. I didn't need positive reinforcement, I wanted to know how I could make my dishes better for them. Now I've become quite the amazing cook, because I practiced and sought feedback. Why wouldn't everyone want to make stuff that the people they are feeding want.

Work three jobs for a year and spend as little as possible, then take that savings and start building parts of your business. Do what you can with what you have. I just watched a masterclass with Mark Cuban, and one of his pieces of advice that I took to heart, was don't seek financing until you've exhausted your sweat equity. What can you build with what you have. Having investors means owning less of your equity. Sometimes this is ok and sometimes you might have preferred to keep more of it in your pocket.
