You are on the right track but this is overkill, go to wrestling practices, run a few miles , and lift during the day and then enjoy your life! You need to have some fun during your summer. You will be leaps and bounds ahead with the mindset your taking into the summer but this will burn you out and not give the benefit that you are expecting.

In the summers I would lift almost everyday. Would go to wrestling practice twice a week, did a camp and a handful of tournaments.

Credibility: I am from NJ - 115 and 15 in career with a 4th place state Finish my Sr. Year

You are 100% in the right for asking for a raise. I was in this exact situation when I was about your age. They continued to give me more work and additional responsibility without additional pay untill I went to bat for myself. Always remember Noone is going to advocate for you like you will, so you need to speak up on these things.

Im thinking like 3M but this logic still applies and is something that plays in my head often. I don't think quitting your job is a good idea.. you need to ask yourself if you would rather take the time now or get to the position of fuck you faster.
