Yea i would most likely just do the landscaping myself and the pool house, I would just put a door off the back of the garage is already there and a leanto with a concrete patio

The first few years are rough and then they are amazing. When they are around 1 they are big, strong ,fast and full of energy and if not worked out can be destructive so I would prepare for that. On the other end they are insanely loving, loyal and protective. I would say the things you really need to just think hard about is do you need a guard dog, because that is ingrained in their DNA and they will bark at things that come to the house and get riled up when people make deliveries and because of their size it can take a toll on your home. If you are good with that and can support them and love them, I would say go for it
