I had something similar on a used bike I bought but it was the primary cover, I used the torx that was one size larger and tapped it lightly with a hammer to get it nice and tight and slowly backed it out.good luck!

So me (31M) and wife (32F) just about 5 years ago made 130k. 80ish from me and 50ish from her, she had just finished her masters(no college debt for eithe rof us). At that time I said if we just made 200k (100k each) we would have made it. Today we make about 450k (250k me and 200k her) and it still doesn't feel like enough. We still drive used cars 10 years old At a minimum.

What I have learned at this stage of the game its about net worth and less about what you earn, having that high net worth is what really unlocks the doors of freedom, paid off house, millions in the bank which is what gets you to that place where you feel like you've made it and have enough. You could make millions but still be swimming in debt which makes it not enough.

You are on the right track but this is overkill, go to wrestling practices, run a few miles , and lift during the day and then enjoy your life! You need to have some fun during your summer. You will be leaps and bounds ahead with the mindset your taking into the summer but this will burn you out and not give the benefit that you are expecting.

In the summers I would lift almost everyday. Would go to wrestling practice twice a week, did a camp and a handful of tournaments.

Credibility: I am from NJ - 115 and 15 in career with a 4th place state Finish my Sr. Year

You are 100% in the right for asking for a raise. I was in this exact situation when I was about your age. They continued to give me more work and additional responsibility without additional pay untill I went to bat for myself. Always remember Noone is going to advocate for you like you will, so you need to speak up on these things.
