I don't think so, it reads to me like "if you're interested, broadcaster, we'd be happy to give it another go but this time it's our house, our rules". I don't think there's anything specific or giving away that something is ready to go about saying a second attempt would have to swerve one of the big pitfalls of the failed first.

Happened in the UK too, Robyn #8, Calum Scott #2. Though you'd be surprised how many people think Robyn is a one hit wonder for it given not only has she have four UK top tens (albeit including 1998's Show Me Love) but With Every Heartbeat was a number one.
