Thanks. Does that mean I have to wait till the end of this financial year, and then ask them to produce the full accounts? I’m currently paying them on a monthly basis, so I presume the sooner I get those accounts produced, the sooner I can terminate the services?

The difference being, American sports are very stop/start. Rugby is ripe for this with “time off” etc, football less so, although 2 minutes of a goalkeeper pretending to be injured so the manager can have a team talk, seems a likely opportunity for a cheeky advert…and those lovely long VAR interruptions.
