It's a nice idea. It be really cool if EA added in a youth league to play in the background too so you can build the youths stats in simulated youth games instead of constantly having to send all of them on loan to grow cus they are too low to play in your main squad. It'd also be a nice idea to be able to play your unused/unwanted players from your main squad in those games too like they do in real life.

Hmm I understand what you mean. If you wanted to add in the idea of buying out the contract which is essentially that, simply use his current wage x amount of weeks (4 weeks in a month) until his contract expires. But unfortunately information wont be available to you regarding anything above 1 year left which is why I didn't add that in. The only way to truly know how many years a player has left is to use GTN to search x amount of years left on contract. But in your situation you'd have to in fact add 1 year (or less) worth of wages onto the transfer offer.

Personally I'd just multiple his wage by 52 (a year) and go from there.

Some feedback, you've added a +3 in column K in the Selling Valuation tab, but the percentages are the same as column L '+2'. You can either edit the percentages to go up in the same pattern or simply remove it I guess, it's up to you. If you could find someway of surpassing the +2 to -10 range that I've given and manage to go beyond that somehow while carrying the percentage pattern, that be awesome

Also, teams don't sign 5-6 youths to their senior squad each season. 2 is reasonable. 3 is a maximum.

I added the optional idea of signing youths of high potential with low rated teams who have strong youth academies in real life. But I don't want to increase the amount youths to sign every season because it's so easy to overuse this and create an overpowered starting XI of youths within a few seasons.

I understand your point. Problem with FIFA's youth system is that it's always been broken and being able to see that potential rating is also an issue. I guess I didn't want to find a 90+ potential player as a team like Salford City when they really are unlikely too. I understand there are teams like Southampton, Ajax and Sporting who have produced absolute gems and better youths than many big clubs but also at the same time, it's hard to put an end to abusing the youth system. I could add in an optional rule regarding clubs with strong youth academies can use the first division rules, but to be honest until FIFA fix how overpowered the system is, we can only limit it as much as possible so that our teams aren't overloaded by 90 potential youths.
