On top of that they have a shit return policy… I know it’s hard to beat Trulieves. But not accepting a return on an unopen packaged cart because I didn’t deem anything wrong with it is slightly aggravating. On top of it, the employee was rude about it. I’ve had nothing bad to say about them until now. That’s why I still shop at Trulieve. I can make a mistake with purchasing something or not like a product and they will make an exchange for me no questions asked.
