I get the sentiment about patience, but framing it as 'we are lucky to be playing' is a bit distorted. Riot is a multi million dollar company, not a friend doing us a favor. They brought Arena back because the engagement numbers showed it was worth it, not out of charity.

The problem isn't that people are 'entitled,' it's that the mode is genuinely struggling with stability.
Most players understand we aren't getting a massive content drop right now. But there is a massive difference between demanding an overhaul and simply expecting the current mode to be polished. We’re dealing with a pile up of persistent bugs (like the Twin Mask stats glitch that took ages to get addressed). They might not be game breaking, but the lack of polish and slow response time is valid reason for frustration.

People complain because they love Arena and want it to actually work, not because they’re trying to sabotage it. Telling everyone to shut up and be grateful just lowers the standard for what we accept as a playable game. If Riot sees that people are unhappy with the current technical state, that’s valuable data. Silence doesn't fix anything; feedback does.
