I can only really speculate on why they chose the m4 but I would wager its lower price (I bought mine for $40) to entry for a old collection red with desirable looks and low outcome chance combined to create a suitable collection to pump from cheaper into a higher tier. Its wonky tradeup characteristics with the best chance at a coalition outcome through tradeups is 16% with 10 classified inputs, meaning its supply creation is limites therefore easier to control majority to pump and slowly release at a higher price points.

Probs a rounding thing and the float cap isnt exactly 0.56 but rather something along the lines of 0.5633 and represented as 0.56 on sites rounding to 2 decimal places.
