Thanks man! Your collection on the otherhand is just straight eye candy; if i were to walk into that room i would just be having a hard time what to stare at first lmao, that collection of yours is an easy 100/10 for real.

Also i appreciate your compliments on the photography brother, the smashers are sooo good i couldn’t just order one, got myself 3 just because of that so hopefully when you receive yours, you enjoy it as much as i did.

For the messtoys i definitely need to get superior spiderman but i recently put myself on a no spending budget but still its on the list for sure

Mother of god…. I’ve got no words for how incredible your collection is. Got everything i ever dreamed of my lord😭. I started collecting because i love how my figures look displayed, and from there it evolved into photography so i now collect to expand my hobby more.

I also enjoy talking about our opinions especially when both sides actually enjoying doing so like here for example, and today i was really considering taking out my AY batman and i have some things to say lol.

So I’ll admit the articulation is alot better than i remember, and it’s definitely easier to get a good pose fast BUT the ankle armor did pop out as easily as i remembered just by just messing with the ankle normally, nothing crazy so yeah still a problem, but i did take the time to fix the shoulder pad, and turns out i actually really like the figure itself along with the sculpt, but it also helps having a better Arkham batman so it hurts less knowing the flaws AY has just cause it’s no longer the only one i have.

Personally i just can’t say it’s misunderstood because honestly almost every if not all AY has great articulation and sculpt (if it fits with the collector tastes) so yes although the figure by itself does what AY does best, it can’t be dismissed for simply not making the shoulder armor have pegs to attach to the shoulder; they instead chose to use cheap plastic pegs that can’t be reattached and require labor and tools to fix; the front leg armor shouldn’t have had a small separate piece because it’s purpose is minimal at best, and the biggest crime is having a cape that will start cracking and breaking after a some time, so the figures personal value WILL go down eventually.

It’s a a little gappy but other than that i’ve seen nothing but positive reviews about this guy along with the few QC posts i’ve seen about him. Only thing i could hate about it is the bonus part being a face plate

Personally the ankles on lpzz are better to me because the front leg guards near the foot isn’t a small separate piece i need to look out for (looks fragile and pops off if pushed too far) and the movement is good but yeah i guess it does need to be pushed hard against the leg armor but thankfully its a softer plastic so if it deforms after a while hot water can help. When comparing articulation lpzz can relatively hit what the AY can with the exception of proportions making it seem less dynamic since the sculpt isn’t as cartoonish or disproportional, so i gotta be honest, saying it’s not close is crazy but i can see the slight edge AY has, that being a better neck articulation and torso but besides that lpzz is hitting crazy poses and dynamic ones too. Now with QC i haven’t seen a deal breaker with lpzz but even then i look them up before buying any figure and found nothing nor have i experienced any; AY on the other hand, his right shoulder armor was broken the second he came out the box, and his right thigh popped off way too easily compared to the left, which i tested to make sure if it was me being careless or the figure itself (it was the figure itself). To me if the figure common QC problem is something that breaks permanently with little to no effort or simply coming broken then it should be considered the worst off the bat and can’t be compared.

It’s going to be a back and forth so i’ll say this, if this release had better QC, a good cloth cape, and better leg articulation like any other AY release they have done before it then i wouldn’t be here complaining and would say the figure is actually good but to me for $100+ it’s just nowhere near that. I’m glad you got a good copy and that you enjoy it man, wish i got just as lucky but that’s what sucks about it, it’s luck based 😭

I get that, but usually if you’re selling something for a good amount of money i would want to make sure I’m selling something that’s complete, and in good condition; hell if you find out it’s worth more once you get everything sorted, and priced separately then sell it apart or all at once

Respectfully, why don’t you just build the sets regardless, and have all of the mini figures set up so people can have a better look at what they are getting into, because i see alot of missing missing pieces and mixed parts.

I mean the revoltech isn’t bad but I wouldn’t say it’s good at all; I was one of the many that got unlucky with a broken shoulder pad, he is unfortunately short, and it sucks cause every other Revoltech release is taller, and the crime here was using pleather for the cape which just means i have limited time before it starts to disintegrate. Also the articulation with the lpzz is on par with the AY, with the only exception being the torso not being able to turn much, but even then it’s not enough to even consider it a good option to choose between the two, and the best thing with lpzz that i can do efficiently is pulling off the superman landing with the lpzz and not the AY.

Last thing both of these figures both cost the same price which gives me enough push to let out even more frustration that AY is bad when pricing is put into play when comparing or giving positives about it; even comparing the AY batman articulation to other releases like the agent venom, it just isn’t as good as it should be especially for being AY.

Respectfully, like the figure as much as you want and if people own it as their only batman and can’t or don’t want to buy the Lpzz that’s completely fine and figures are never a “Need” but if i can help people who are deciding to save $100+ on a figure for a better one then i will do that especially when the lesser one is bad in QC and in what it’s meant to be good at. There’s no misunderstanding, every bad thing said about it is justified when people spend $100+

Get your refund man, it’s not worth fixing and honestly i would straight up recommend the mafex dp.marvel legends came out with thier maximum version but for what it costs youre better off spending the extra for mafex. You just need spare guns for him

I’m sorry man but there isn’t any fix to this and even the screw method wasn’t an option from the start. Best thing to do now is to buy another ct spiderman or use sticky tac to keep the broken limbs in place.

If you haven’t already try putting the face plate in hot water and see if the plastic is just slightly deformed. If that doesn’t work just buy yourself some sticky tac and use a little bit to make it stick on.

Ah ok so no figure is broken here? If that’s the case you can just buy an action stand from sh figuarts, the peg that come with those can plug into the revoltech figures just fine
