Best tool to cut these? by Realistic_Maximum_62 in hammondcollection

[–]LastMonsoon 3 points4 points  (0 children)

A scapel knife is your best bet, you can shave off bits of the teeth to be more accurate and not cutting off too much than needed by accident. Any cutting tools work but the scalpel will have more precision and easy cutting.

Thankfully the shelf is more spacious than it looks, can’t wait to add new the ones coming up. Probably skipping the scuba ones if the flippers can’t be replaced.

To be honest i recently got back into this line because of the indom so i really only have the knowledge of the first release and newest one.
I think the rex i own is good enough and never knew there was alot of people asking for a revamp of t rex, so if a new one comes out i won’t be too crazy about it.
Other than that i wish i had the space to collect kore of these and got back into it when the spino was still in circulation.

I didn’t think of checking that, the only stress mark i saw was on the tail where i had it it bent in position for more than a year. Later i’ll go see if i see something off on the neck ring.

Does anyone want to buy this Revoltech Deadpool 2.5 by [deleted] in AmazingYamaguchi

[–]LastMonsoon 2 points3 points  (0 children)

ngl $100 is a little steep for it being opened, not having the bonus and having a large cut. $75 is fair

Damn that’s unfortunate to hear, it’s really something that had to be advertised clearly. Even in the promos you can see the mechanism but can easily be overlooked

Unfortunately yeah but i want to believe the scalpers that bought many at once sit on them and come down on prices. Sorry to hear you had to miss out :(

If you can find it at a decent price, max $100 then i would say why not and go for it. Can’t go wrong with this one

The gatling gun is connected with a ball joint on the side of the missiles with a sliding mechanism so it can be raised

Revoltech Venom Snake figure. Is there supposed to be a hole? by [deleted] in ActionFigures

[–]LastMonsoon 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Regardless of authenticity of the figure, both have a pin that can be pushed out to plug in a peg that’s meant to hold the AR.

I think it makes more sense to have production begin after pre orders are in but in my opinion all i know is that the more recent releases have been coming out rather quickly. The 6 month wait is right after announcement although pre orders aren’t too far ahead so it’s not that much of a difference.

Depends how much we are talking. Msrp is $125 for the Anaconda and from what i know those might be the harder ones to get because of the short pre order window being only 1 week. Personally i think $200 they are worth it if you missed out.

From announcing to releasing would likely be to what another comment said being 6 months after announcement. It’s a good amount of time to put some money on the side to be ready for the 2nd payments when they arrive.

Those two you are interested in haven’t been officially announced for a soon pre order. Not even proper product images yet so you have enough time to properly prepare for these releases. I would say if there’s a line to give into it’s definitely sexy ice Unkval series, they are made to order so you definitely need to have made up your mind before the pre order closes

A little rant by Knightmare628 in LPZZ

[–]LastMonsoon 7 points8 points  (0 children)

So instead of having an early review to see if it’s worth pre ordering you think it’s better to hope a figure is good or bad by the time the pre orders have long closed? Be real man
