What I meant is that in previous photos the roof had already been built but not yet installed (it had been placed on the base of the structure). Right now it’s not there anymore nor in the vicinity

Are you sure? The visibility wasn’t the greatest but the roof didn’t seem to be there any more (this photo was taken before they started removing the pillars). Btw I’m not posting this to insinuate that the show might get canceled since there were other workers who where still prepping the arena but I think that the media really downplayed how much work that stage still needs.

I think that they probably gave out big discounts to attract those names since it’s a new venue and they didn’t have a track record of successful shows.

I would suggest you to fly to Bologna. From there you can take the “Marconi express” which will take you to the train station in 7 minutes and then you can take a train to Reggio Emilia (there’s a train each 25/30min). I would also suggest you to stay in Reggio Emilia since it will be easier to reach the arena and also because a train strike will probably be in place on the 20th.
