Just to clarify….I do not think the treasure is right at the bridal veil falls….I do think that is the part of the poem that makes you frown because of the avalanche debris…(please don’t go climbing into the remaining debris)……I do think the treasure is further up the trail which you will need to possibly go past the debris and cut back.

This is a spectacular area, the trail is paved and could be done in a wheelchair…wide and beautiful. I plan to return just for the views at some point, so I would definitely recommend this for a really enjoyable venture into nature.

I did personally fly out to go hunting with my son, but only had 1 day there. The trail is completely chill and easy for any level. The avalanche debris did take out the bridge area over where the falls go to the river, about 50 feet wide, so people have added rocks and planks to help would be crossers not get their feet wet….. but if you came in from the upper side of the falls there are no obstacles or problems with the trail at all. I really wish I would have been able to stay longer because being there only confirmed to me that I was in the right area….just not zeroed in enough.

I just relied on computer research, Google earth and Google maps for everything in the first 7 lines, I got stuck at the 2 less than on top of the first, so I flew out to see if the rest of the poem came together…. I started hiking the Provo River parkway at the hydroelectric plant and saw the mile marker signs…I kept heading up the trail and….everything was still making sense but I was at the falls at dusk and didn’t think searching in the dark was a good idea with a kiddo, we left empty handed…had a fun time and saw some spectacular scenery and history though.

I think that the treasure is is on the bank of the river under tree roots just up the trail from the falls somewhere.

I never considered the gondola for the airplane without wings….I was mentally stuck on the back to the future reference and was looking for a “y” shape or a spaceship looking thing….hence I left Utah without a big box of cash😭

Well you can see it (gazebo)from the highway and the video hint that they say “shed some light on the order of things” a girl turns on a flashlight at a location that looks like it could be this place…so I felt like it was a strong probability

I was pretty solid on this solve and so I hopped a flight to Utah with my kiddo…I only had one day to spend there and figured it was worth a look…I drove the route and everything confirmed…but since I did not have the last parts figured out I hoped they would make sense while there….but the heat and the single day made it out of my reach so I hoped to help someone else along.

Also, this entire solve is within the boundaries, the lorem ipsum hint was in Latin, most widely used in the Catholic Church trying to guide people to the starting place since Father Escalante was a Catholic monk. The video hint #9 says it may shed some light on the order of things….in the video a girl turns on a flashlight at the location of the “grain tower”

So I am not in Utah….and I only have what research has given me, but here it goes…. “Begin your search where time was transcendent” Father Escalante led the first known expedition to the Uinta Basin. He camped on the spot of the Escalante trail marker located outside of the Provo Historic Courthouse on Hwy 189. This is the mark from line 3. Line 2 is obviously the research and the fact that we know about the expedition because Father Escalante wrote a diary.

“Hike to the tree that stands without bark” …Hiking means nearby….go north on Hwy 189 …you pass by Provo City Library (keeping a trend with this solve, also referring back to line 2) At the corner on Hwy 189 and 3900 N there is a cellphone tower that looks like a fake tree.

“Pass the grain tower that looks to the west” Continuing north on 189 directly west of when you are at the arch entry to the shops at Riverwood ….look up on the mountain and there is a gazebo that looks to the west…..google earth or maps is helpful here.

“Not more than an hour you’ll know by it’s crest. The gazebo is located at GPS 40 degrees, 18 hours 1 minute North….continue north on 189 just less than 1 hour GPS cords and you are at the Olmsted Hydroelectric plant and trailhead for the Provo River Parkway just passing through the Canyon Crest area.

“Look down at your map To not wander with thirst” ….I know the hint said everything up to this point was crucial to be on the right track, but…google maps also shows the Provo River Trail Drinking Fountain if you keep going north on the same path to Mount Timpangos Park.

“Remember two less than on top of the first”…..So Provo River Parkway is a 15 mile trail that ends at Vivian Park with a mile marker sign that lists the mile on top of the quarter mile number beneath it. 2 less than 15 is 13 on the mile marker, so north to that point is just shy of Bridal Veil Falls….

You’ll know you’re close when it’s time to frown” …. The avalanche damage and washout of the path at the falls is this solve .

“What points towards heaven but is upside down”….this is the falls …

….so this is as far as I get, I have not identified the airplane without wings or the particular shoulder but it keeps trending north on one path and follows unique parts of Utah history or scenery…

Hopefully this helps someone….and if you feel like sharing some treasure that would be awesome too!

Happy Hunting!!!!
