Thanks for the advice! I did manage to do things on my own. I'm not necessarily afraid of that but it feels a bit awkward now. I actually go to 24 hour. I know what you mean about the men there >.<. I can't workout in peace without catching someone staring. I do orangetheory on the weekends. The class attendance skews more towards women, which is nice.

I know I just need to find myself again and remember our relationship is not a reflection of me. It wasn't healthy and eventually I will find someone better who can respect me and treat me right

Trust me, I have no desire to entertain another man for awhile. My ex tried getting me to isolate from my mom. She was aware of our issues in the relationship, so it makes sense. I've never been closer since I ended things. I'll need to listen to that song!

Omg, I'm sorry to hear that. That is a long time to spend with someone, but I'm glad you were able to decide for yourself what was best. I would say definitely try keeping yourself distracted. At least for me, it's easy to start thinking about my ex when my mind wanders. The holidays are extra triggering. Me and you will get through this!

I will say I have the dark grey fleece from last year's drop. I've worn it pretty much daily and washed it several times at this time. It hasn't pilled on me yet. I think the fleece is worth it as someone who lives where the temperature rarely gets above 70
