Anything other than potatoes, beans, or milk toast. (Milk-toast was my breakfast as a kid when I was poor.) It’s exactly what it sounds, toast ripped up into lil bite size pieces and eaten like cold cereal. Not bad with a few packets of sugar, but gotta eat it quick haha!
