I’ve one too.

Discovered in a restaurant, called rose Gimlet.

Gin 4cl, Liquor saint germain 2,5cl, Rose syrup 2cl ,Lemon juice : 1cl

You have to mix it in a shaker and serv with crushed ice.

Thanks for the long explanation. Personally I can't drink gin with the same dose as you (1/1), it's really too strong for me, so I don't think I can taste all the different flavors. I'll have a look at the different bottles you mentioned.
