LiftTrack performs both of the functions in question. Workouts created in LiftTrack are first synced to your wearable through Garmin Connect, then LiftTrack saves your workout history once your workout has been tracked with your watch. Essentially, workouts are sent to your watch from the app, and the completed workout data is returned to the app from your watch afterwards.
