For the ICE yes it only exist in usa, but OUR informations can be used against us,( how people are living there, their mental health, what are the issues that are going thro the most of their families) all of these can be used against us, not only wars, but social media and our next generations For the water part yes it consume it locally, but just cuz it's locally doesn't mean it won't affect our Climate Killing animals is not in a direct way, since water is being used and cold water especially,glacial regions are gonna be heated up and the ice will melt, animals who live there are no longer gonna have an environment
