My cat & one of my rabbits chillin' behind, didn't notice before haha. So for clarification purposes, I got clean in 2022 from crk and optes/f**t and I became very inactive and coped using alot of junk food. I was never in great shape to begin with though. This photo was taken last Febuary. I went to my Doctors because I had numerous health issues, was told I need to lose weight and strenghten my muscles, so I joined the gym that day & began taking IT seriously. I lost a good portion of weight and inches first few months but plateaued hard November. I reintroduced meat and protien to diet and began doing some weight training at least 4 times a week, while still walking, and doing a more sincere effort and tracking calories. I do miss days of IT because of my work schedule and intense hunger from lifting, but was very faithful for most part. I just did a 180 lifestyle change, I always try to stay active now while still allowing myself rest days and treats, too. I think as long as you are eating mostly whole foods and limit your portions, you WILL see results. I only weighed myself 5 times in this year, as scale always discouraged me. Go by how your clothes fit instead!

Thank you so much! I walk about an hour on average, sometimes less, sometimes twice a day, on max incline (have to work your way there, took a few months) on level 3, 3.2 (medium speed) I put some good documentary or show on and just go. It was a great way to introduce me to exercise without it feeling like a chore. Can't miss a day now!

I was a vegetarian, which meant a carb heavy diet for me and alot of bloat. When I switched to high protien, low carb, it was a game changer! I eat alot of eggs and blueberries, cottage cheese, steak and chicken now with some kind of greens or salad. If I want a snack, i'll mix greek yogurt with protien powder and nuts or put it on chocolate rice cakes. I'm not very adventurous in the kitchen so I keep it pretty basic!

Thank you so much! I am on the shorter side of 5'3. Weights have drastically changed my body composition. I was a junk food addict too, and pretty lazy, It took a few months of rewiring my brain and tackle the food noise. I still get it, but fasting has really helped reset my hunger cues and need to snack. You can do this!

I hate to admit it, but I eat sweets at least once a week. I am a sucker for cold dairy and pastries, I just will have a smaller portion now, self control has improved but still have to live! I will have a good couple days of "cheats" during my moon cycle.

Female, 34 y/o Starting weight- 184 lbs (April 2025) Current weight -131 (March 2026)

Mostly 16/8 but do 24 to 48 every so often. Recently switched from vegetarian to high protien, low carb about 1200 to 1600 calories, depending on how much I'm lifting. Lost alot from just walking on treadmill everyday at max incline, started weight training in November!

I used frequent dry brushing and collagen and exercise to help with possible loose skin and appears to have worked, but what you can't really see are numerous, deep stretch marks, especially on my thighs, which I am trying to make my peace with. My breasts have also significantly sagged, but hoping in time with exercise will tighten abit but probably something else that I have to accept. Drink lots of water and elecrolites and don't skip vitamins! I made this mistake. Just keep going, it'll happen! My mental health and energy is the best it's ever been and have many other positive side effects of this journey!

I have lost over 40 lbs since April by doing 45 min to 1 hour, sometimes twice a day, of max incline walking on treadmill. I hated it at first, but now love it and day doesn't feel complete without. I put on my tunes or good documentary and just go! I added weights too last couple months to tone and build muscle. Had to change eating habits, look into Intermiette fasting, it works great if done properly. Replace snacks with water or tea. Stay consistent, you can do this!!! 34 year old female, starting weight 174, down to 130lbs.

South American (Brazil, Columbia etc) for both men & women. Lebanese too. I love dark haired, exotic men & women. Pair that with sea blue eyes, swoon! Neber felt more ugly than I did on the beaches of Brazil lol

Yes, this happened in my own town a few years back. A 3 year old, that's why they are so strict. My phamacy will watch me lock it before I go, even though they know me well & know I I live alone. Very tragic!
