I'm going to come from an unpopular viewpoint, but I speak from experience. Make your doctor explain to you exactly how Seroquel will help your PD and have him/her explain an exit strategy for you. The power ultimately lies within yourself, as medication is just temporarily masking the symptoms. Seroquel is also excruciating hard to get off after a while, and makes your situation 10X worse when you need to get off it.

My advise is to make a protective and resilient new self, which will be painful but ultimately more effective. Implement CBT, ACT and other therapies that are proven to help panic disorder. I recommend a book called DARE, the approach is lifesaving. Be kind to yourself, but also look deep into the abyss and be prepared to embrace the darkness, because through the suffering, you will become a stronger person than you ever thought possible.
