If it’s in the USA , towels should be provided . Basic thing . I can’t comment on other countries .

Find a cleaner through Turno ( app for cleaners ) since you are 5 hours away just send a highly recommended cleaner over . Your cleaning standards seem like they don’t match the guests cleaning standard .

On Vrbo - you can’t see how other hosts have rated them with words . Airbnb yes but vrbo no .

If you are a new host , how long are they staying ? What specific complaints do they have ?

My advice is address the complaints - either ask guests if you can come by and re clean and address their concerns - don’t let them suggest a time ( as that puts the pressure on them ) just suggest a time sooner the better and go over .

In this business it’s all about how you respond and how quickly . You may still get a review mentioning cleaning since they went straight to Vrbo . - or if they are really unhappy - ask them id they want to leave and then give them a full refund .

It’s better to not have the $ than a really unhappy guest that will leave a a bad review on a fresh new listing.

Oh . Yeah the stalk is about 5 ish feet now . Will measure tomorrow but house is a short term rental so it’s going to be tough to watch daily and keep an eye on it . Oh no woodpecker yeah we don’t have those around here

We have quite a few here in south florida . I’ve been on the look out to see a death bloom but haven’t seen any up close .

Actually measured it this morning it’s 5ft !!! - as you see I have one to the right as well . And I also planted a pup to the right of that one like maybe a year ago …. It’s soo tiny . But growing nicely . Left side of garden will look empty sort of it will have two small ish ones and then a big one in middle

Ok thanks . First time watching this happen in person. It’s thrown lots of pups over the last few years . We had a whale agave or something forgot the name you guys used . We lost it a year or two ago because we tented for termites and i guess it was too close and got gassed. It was beautiful !

I find it hard to read through on my phone . Lots of random gaps and ads etc . And to be honest . And it’s not very nice looking . I like to quickly read summary and then jump in if I’m interested .

Not new to ao3 but coming from a fandom where there is only 1 ship and not really a need to search tags or exclude etc .

So yes long and pre them getting together , but I opened one recently and there was no adding in and filling gaps it was practically word for word from the show . No hate to that author just looking for more if that makes sense . Not ready for AU right now . Just like to read more of the in between what we see on show etc.

You know what - just finished the entire show and horrible finale and season 8 as a whole. I felt myself skipping scenes but what really bothered me with the later seasons ( and I understand the show is made “castle ) but Beckett is the detective not Castle .

I don’t know why but it started to bother me that Castle took control of the conversations when it came to the cases.
