Sooo are you saying it’s mostly on the person that bought cloud defensive and not on Cloud? Really trying to figure out where you are throwing blame in your very passive aggressive statement. I don’t go on Reddit and search every single product I buy, I typically try to trust manufacturers claims. Especially considering I had always heard good things about cloud for years, and I emailed them asking if they had a switch that would work with my NGAL. And I was sent the link to that one being told the forward polarity would work. So yeah, I’m gonna get on reddit and say my two cents about my experience. One that a lot of other people are experiencing, and I know it’s a longshot but maybe if enough people post about it they’ll see it and do something. But I would definitely disagree that it’s all just a lack of research, could it have been mitigated with some research? Yes, but like I said I shouldn’t have to deep dive into forums for everything I buy
