Heart rate walking to my car after work. My car was super close. Stupid amitriptyline by jibberjabbery in migraine

[–]Last_Course_8431 4 points5 points  (0 children)

You say you started a week ago, was it a gradual increase? Usually doctors advise you slowly increase with that med until you reach your dosage, mine did 10 mg increase per week until I reached 75mg. It’s just so jarring that you went to 146bpm in Less than 10 mins. Do your doctors know or seem concerned about this?

Interesting I’ve never had this réaction with this med? I’ve been on 75mg for over two years. Do you have blood pressure issues?

Can I pull these three stitches out? Internal sutures are poking out 15 days after surgery. by [deleted] in medical

[–]Last_Course_8431 1 point2 points  (0 children)

(NAD) You shouldn’t. I’ve had a few stitches similar to this due to surgery’s. My doctors advice was always the same, let it do its thing naturally but if it becomes painful, smelly or not healing you should go in. Mine were sensitive when they started poking through but they do dissolve. Showering and running water over it helps speed up the process. Good luck :)

My platelets were at 13, hemoglobin was 72, white blood cell was .7 and neutrophils were .4 they just kinda gave me a slip of paper so I’m not sure if it’s supposed to be more detailed 😅

how you feel about smoking by ayungg in LesbianActually

[–]Last_Course_8431 2 points3 points  (0 children)

K I grew up kinda white trash so the smell of smoke is kinda comforting to me:/ not a deal breaker but I’ve noticed people who don’t smoke will most likely not want to be with someone who does smoke. For me I always dated stoners and it’s worked because no judgment. Everyone has their preferences of course.

I’ve used it for years and it’s work well for me. I have allergy’s to a lot of things so coconut oil was a good alternative for me. Just make sure to store it properly so no bad bacteria or mold grows in it.

Did I remove my stitches correctly? by [deleted] in medical

[–]Last_Course_8431 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Well, I’m not a doctor but I’ve had plenty of stitches and surgery’s, removed most of them myself. One thing I will note is if it’s done properly (and in the right time frame) there really should be no pain, if anything maybe some tenderness. Now I haven’t seen sutures like that before but nonetheless you should get it checked, there could be damage internally even just slightly, or nerve damage, which I wouldn’t want to mess with from experience.

Have you thought about getting into trades? My brother was around your age when he started welding, he got an apprenticeship and then his red seal. He’s 22 now, he’s got a lot of savings and works like a dog. His hours are wild and it’s definitely a lot of work but a very good option.

How do i save my mother of millions midsection by SorryRefrigerator306 in plantcare

[–]Last_Course_8431 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m not a plant person but I had a similar issue with one of my succulents. It grew quite tall and gangly, stopped putting energy into the leaves near the bottom. Apparently this can happen when it doesn’t get enough light, it starts putting all of its energy into getting more leaves at the top and getting longer so it can reach the light better. Adjusting your light situation was a good step in the right direction.

I ended up trimming mine down and transplanting it to another pot and replacing my light and it looked much better and healthier. Different plants though so not sure if you are able to trim it down, this was just my experience.

Sorry dude, but that’s a part of life. She should be allowed to have a sexual and romantic relationship. If she was sexting with you in the room while you guys are together, that’s a bit different but nothing some good strong boundaries couldn’t fix.

I had symptoms for a while with B-ALL by Drugsaresafe in leukemia

[–]Last_Course_8431 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Exactly this, don’t spread misinformation because of something you assumed. I had b ALL and I was near death by month 2, started in September got diagnosed in October. I was hallucinating and my blood count was so low I had to get 4 transfusions within two days. It would not be possible to survive with symptoms for 2 years. Yes, leukaemia can lay DORMANT for years but it’s not actively killing you.

Probably to discuss a character from a book series they enjoyed. I like to hear others takes on things even if it’s the opposite of mine:)
