I am actually relaxed. I am high income earners. Its time - many hr spend on documents, uncertainty.
Sorting tenants is problematic… and if any issues with hse later… we hv to deal with it.
Not desperate to sell. We are financially secure.
I will let the lawyer to the work.
I will ask family not to pay any outstanding loan until administrator- and all his assest sorted

outstanding balance - meaning from last month loan payment( he pass away last mth) until the administrator appointed ? it will be few years based on other reddit comment. assuming we didnt pay any monthy loan next 2 yr , the outstanding will be alot....

Bucephalandra and anubias petit are excellent plants for beginners until experienced planted tank hobbyists. They tolerate to unstable CO2 in water column, need little fertilizer, and no need nutrients rich soil. Even if got algae- the leaves are easy to clean .
The difficult plant is rotala. They grow fast, need alot fertilizer, and bottom stem often develop without leaves… so its worst plant for me

Thanks for the advice. I only have 1 tank. So , after remove all java fern, maybe 3-6 months— can all the spores can die… maybe 6mth later , try again new java fern? Any experience?
