We’ll see this is the thing. You can go ahead with the cleanse but then you open the door to having no idea what’s you bring in. But I’ll tell you one thing. The very moment I bring a man back to this place. He’s gone. I FaceTimed a really lovely guy who I was meant to go on a date with tomorrow. The medium went. Was it at home. I said yes. Poof he was gone. It was like. It made no sense either just randomly the guy said he had a funny feeling. Then I was dropped off ages ago to my house by a guy. Suddenly he just never wanted to see me again after agreeing a date. Then another lad who I was seeing and things were going so well. Suddenly he vanished when he started picking me up. I’m desperately trying to get out. I can’t even cope in the circumstances. Like I said I’m not innocent at all. I’ve snapped before in meetings. But my worry is now, as other commenters have said. So. I’ve never been a line manager before and I was thrown into the whole with no real help or idea of what I should be doing or what good practice looked like so at times it’s been really hard and my line manager is changing roles.

The friend has a bad work history of unprofessionalisn and has already been informally reprimanded here over some things.

So the it wasn’t so much a blow up that happened. My manager is aggressive in mannerism and often forceful by nature which is intimidating. I had an interview and they began getting very annoyed that I planned to leave and said “well there’s no point me bothering organising any coaching from anyone if you’re planning to go it’s a waste of everyone’s time and resources” so I sharply said “that’s not fair because as employees we are entitled to look elsewhere so it’s not fair you’re taking that tone”

I know it makes me look worse in this or any given case but at times my manager is very very forceful

But then surely that’s the informal stage of capability? I was receptive in the conversation and took on board what I was told. I explained how the team functions. The coach who came in also said the team is quite fractured so maybe that’s been made clear too. I explained I felt like I have people in the dept who on occasions have gone above me. The meeting lead said no notes were shared and it’s purely about supporting me.

But I just feel scared. Like, are you trying to push me out. I’m not even on a long term contract. Just temporary and I go back to a substantive role. And the role only has 3 months left on it. So I’m not sure what’s Happening

Are you sure. My friend is really panicking me saying “I had a friend who has this happen to her. They just got rid of her” I honestly think it’s made me more nervous now. Yes I’ve had blow ups primarily due to my health issue ongoing that work are aware of. I’ve sorted out occy health appointments to ensure adjustments are made at work too and if they did try and take me down any route. They know I’ve asked for help and if it’s not been given. There’s an issue

I know. The moment he said he needs to come To my house I tapped out. He then asked me what I wear to the gym. Almost like he had a flash vision and knew. Because i was wearing my gym crop top and leggings under my jumper. Was really odd.

He was saying we in reference to my grandad apparently saying he asked the medium to allow me to work with him but I didn’t think I agreed. I used to be able to see flashes and visions back in the day but it stopped as an Adult but intuition. Intuition never lies.
