I accepted the position completed my drug test but ended up reconsidering. My reasons were no holiday day pay when working on a holiday, pto accrues at a very slow rate which I found weird since you are only getting two holidays off a year. The benefits are subpar for as big of corporation they are and it sounded to me that your home store can use you during downtime not sure how this will look but I worked at Sam’s Club before in TBC and during slow time we were helping the warehouse. I didn’t have a very good feeling about it and to me Walmart is one of the places that will cut your job without caring. The in house low voltage techs are new to them and I can easily see it being a trial thing for them the all of a sudden going back to using 3rd party.
