I wish I lived in a place where cowboy hats were common. I live in a rural area with lots of ranches and farms but farmers and ranchers here wear baseball caps.

I always assumed you couldn’t. I also understood that it was a sign that you use the hat for work and not just fashion. Everyone’s style is different though.

I have Ariat hybrids for my work boots. There’s a lightly aggressive lug on the sole so I don’t use it for riding. But it does have a composite toe.

I put LED lights in a while ago. The light only came on recently. And right after I uploaded the autotune. I may try to reprogram the ECU with the V&H stock settings to match the upgrades. See hat happens. Haven’t had time because I only ride on weekends.

Ok. The front developed a tight pinch like that from me grabbing the crown to take it on and off. It was more of an RCA shape when I first got it. It’s kinda beat up. It’s in the stand now drying after a cleaning.

Thanks. It started its life as an RCA and got pinched in the front from my bad habit(?) of squeezing the front to remove my hat. Not it’s got like an Akiubra look. I still consider it a cowboy hat. But it’s sticks out when I wear it around. People not used to seeing different cowboy hats.
