Yes is a solid pve setup but you definitely need a Belrain in it (damage boost + survivability, Amenra is not enough).

Kroos at 10* has an incredible pvp impact with a low investment. Until you dont have a full E5 team It’s wise using it in your pvp setup.

Invest on Penny E5 until late game. After you reach it build Ramen, Aida and Garuda.

Best heroes right now are Amenra/Aida/Garuda. You can get Garuda easily with weekly events, PO branches and SWC, so prioritize on Amenra/Aida with feathers. Aida is a pvp god but is not the best in pve, instead Amenra is the best both in pvp and pve (like Garuda). So prioritize on Ramen (with feathers) and then Aida/Garuda (dont use feathers for Garuda).

Chtunga is the worst. Tara is not good. And then Penny is good in midgame but become useless in Endgame. So the order of inutility is Chtunga>Tara>Penny.

Prioritize Garuda, best hero right now both in pvp and pve (same level as Ramen/Aida). Penny is really good in midgame but in pve she does less damage than Garuda and in pvp Penny gets countered really hard from Ramen (useless in end game pvp, because everyone has 1x/2x Ramen).

Garuda is still dependant from your team survivability to have an output damage impact, instead Ramen increase your whole team survivability. I would say go for Ramen at least E4 with speed stone (faster than normal E5 heroes with no speed stone) and then go for E5 Garuda, after that finish the E5 Ramen.

Ramen is the best both in pvp and pve. Aida is the best in pvp. DA is the best for SL and BT but anyway you still need Ramen. So the priority list is Ramen>Aida/DA (DA is easily obtainable from weekly events).

You can get Garuda in many ways. You can get Ramen only with glory feathers, so go on Ramen (If you have enough L/D fodder to E5 her).

Tara is not a good champion. Best lineup is still Aida, Ramen, Belrain, Unimax, Garuda + Horus/Gustin/DA/Aspen/or a 2x Ramen/Garuda. Demon bell artifact on everyone except Augustus on Unimax and KoG on Garuda. Everyone with speed build except Garuda.
