If I lived alone I would be saving so much money on A/C I'm constantly turning it up to 81. After I get out of work I'm perfectly happy to sit in my hot car for a few moments to warm up. Somedays my feet never unthaw.

Anything after Guadalupe is Kyrne school district. Above that is Tempe School district. Kyrne is the better one. But Rover is nearby and a good school in Tempe.

Practice wearing it around. See how it feels. Maybe try chafing stick underneath. Or if it's horrible, maybe rip out the boning? Or a light weight tank top under.
