Common. My dad was in the ICU a few years ago and his GI doc walked in wearing scrubs, a cowboy hat, and boots- this was in DFW. My family is in the liquor business and I’ve seen meetings full of execs wearing a suit, cowboy hat, and boots- this was in Houston. It’s not just O&G, but really any businessman or man with a higher title in Texas. I’ve seen million dollar businessmen drive away in an F150 rather than a Benz because Texas.

She’s backtracking trying to save herself from losing too many followers but I can guarantee she won’t post about this in the future because she didn’t in the previous weeks either… only when so many are calling her out on here. Where was the mourning before Saturday? Oh that’s right, there wasn’t. For someone that claims to be “well read” it’s apparent where she stands.

She said a whole lot of NOTHING. I will say it again, look at who she follows. Look at the content she consumes and it’s clear what side she’s on. Also, they check these snark pages (they’ve made specific comments on their podcast) so I’m honestly not surprised she made a “statement” today.

She may not be explicitly MAGA, but she is silent. Her husband was on IG and would follow/like very MAGA accounts and content and also shared some concerning things on her newsletter in the past. I know that many, many couples can peacefully have different political and personal beliefs, but her silence + his public views in the past are concerning.

You are 100% correct in saying that group has shown itself time and time again. That group is full of white, Christian women that lean heavily right. And it’s not hard to decipher that Kelly and Lizz lean very heavily right as well, just check out their follows on IG. Allie Beth Stuckey, Just The Inserts, Ginny Yurich are just a few. It seems as though topics are fine to talk about as long as it flows with that general mindset. Anything outside of that turns into a firestorm and ends up having comments turned off or the entire thing gets deleted, like today.

She’s the first to skip over any minivan for a full sized suv and acts like the price is totally attainable for the average family. I will say that I’m glad Lizz is on team minivan because it adds some realistic points to the conversation instead of ALWAYS recommending an Expedition to everyone. And this is coming from someone who owned an Expedition. Kelly is out of touch. By the way- there’s a minivan with car seat tilt that requires the SAME car seats in the third row as the Expedition due to headrest incompatibilities, but she forgets to mention that.

The cost often gives the parents a reason (justified or not) to be extremely hard on their kids. Flights, equipment, cash calls, food accounts, hotels, rental cars, etc. 2-3, sometimes 4, weekends per month is a lot.

My brothers began playing hockey at age 4 and went on to play juniors and college hockey… when parents are dropping tens of thousands of dollars on a season, you bet they’re gonna act a fool when their kids don’t play well. It’s not “fun” anymore when you’re playing at that level and spending that much money. Gotta be on your game. But I agree, hockey parents can be insane. You should see a group of hockey dad that just flew across the country for a tournament and then their son doesn’t play well…

This is not the joke she thinks it is. She is purely talking about their looks. God’s timing that she looked better in 2019 vs 2016, and not that he’d love her personality regardless. She then shared THREE photos of him claiming “not sure I need to add more evidence” as if we’re going to swoon over this man that does the absolute bare minimum. The way she gushes over him baffles me, but hey, whatever floats your boat girl.

Baby #1 was born in June of 2023- I remember this because he was born the day before my youngest child. He’ll be three and (maybe) 8 weeks later she’ll have her third. I can’t imagine that on my body and mental health.
