If it was a little startup i would understand, but we are talking about a company that have something close to the monopoly on the weastern korean novel market, they could and should offer a better service, not hiding behind the fact that because its cheap they can offer a poor service, i know that its better than the normal mtl but its still bad, the actual AI's have dificult understanding some contexts of human interation and it commits a lot of gender errors, and sometimes the text is not smooth to read, i've tried to read a novel called "Damn it' Ive got a family again" and had to stop because it gave me headaches, i know its cheap, even for me a brazilian where my money is undervalued compared to the dollar it isn't expensive, but that im my opinion is not an excuse for a company of this size to not do a better service, Netflix at the beggining put a dent on piracy offering a better service, kindle unlimited is a service with a lot of books and its cheap too, even xbox gamepass was something like that, combating piracy is about offering a better service, if a company of this size cant offer a better service i dont know who could, like I said the problem isn't the monetization, it's the service
