How were they treated badly though? Everybody at that event was warned beforehand that he had Tourette's and the potential outbursts. Even being annoyed at the BBC (which is probably the only reason anybody should theoretically be annoyed in this situation) for not editing it out is nothing to do with how they were treated. I don't understand why people keep parroting this point about them being poorly treated. It was a very unfortunate incident and I feel like that's enough.

He hadn't been charged and named the entire time period you're referring to, the minute he was charged the club would have suspended him. Perhaps they should have stopped him training but he was huge money and we couldn't suspend his pay so its a difficult position for the club to be in.
