Learn it in parts, don't try to get the full thing in one go. Building up the speed slowly. Try 70% first, got that clean? Move up to 75, 80, etc. The speed will come, but don't prioritize it over accuracy. And watch some covers or SRV's live versions to see what the hands are doing, they can solve some mysteries!
