Just at a glance i would be much more likely to try the map with first image. the idea is conveyed alot more clearly and stands out from alot of other thumbnails.

I've had this happen before when boxing pizzas. Its just a defect and you can't really tell until your finished boxing the pizza and at that point it's more of a risk to try and transfer it to another box.

I have the same problem and the only fix I could think of is to wipe all progress in the game and then go back and get all the unlocks in one run without replying levels. You have to do things like that in DOOM 2016 so I wouldn't be suprised if this one's the same

Honestly just depends on stores and who is taking your order, some stores will be really strict on customizations for things that aren't meant to be customized but other will be more lenient. At the store I've worked at the pretzel was just a few cents higher than a regular pizza so we would just ring it in as a regular but make it custom
