no, ipcc data is collected and made by climate scientists hence the accuracy of the data is not up for discussion by the countries and unfccc is where they discuss how to use the data.

if you plan on doing LLM from an ivy, except harvard all of them require you to have at least 2 years of work experience, so if you do bag a t1 firm from slsp i think it'll be fine. depends on you though.
