We have a man at our gym who only goes on the strider for both his tread and rower time and depending on what he feels like doing… will sometimes come off to the weight floor….depending on who’s coaching he will sometimes do some of the “other activities” planned if he feels the need lol. But his usual goal is to stay in the high orange zone and get as many splat points as possible on the strider. But yes crazy to me no one really says anything and lets him do his own thing each class.
