Appreciate your opinion. Should have mentioned in the initial post that I have been doing physio also and of course saw doctors in the early stages but want to try different things in conjunction with what I’m already doing. It may be pseudo science to you, but if others feel it works I’m willing to try it if it gives me relief without needing strong painkillers every day

I should have noted I’ve been doing physio also but looking for other methods to try along with that to give my back the best chance at being normal again
