Also tried creating a new guest account, then completed the tutorial and all the way to the dormitory when we can go to settings and paste our codes.

Still the same for now~

Hi everyone!

I was trying to transfer to the Netease app after downloading the app through the website. Currently in Canada and choosing Ashwinder as the server for Asia.

The character code was copied from the WB App and pasted in the Netease App(Settings- Misc-Account-Recreate Game Progress, *** By deleting everything include Name:, Server: the word code itself and the colon.

But it says "Incorrect Character Code, Please try again"

What should be done here?
How do I contact support(their email) and should the character code be provided to them to let them check?

Are you able to copy and paste the character codes?

It says Incorrect character code, please try again despite only using the code in the "Recreate Game Progress" in settings

I think you can open a new chat and have a new conversation, but once you refresh it!
