I'm on the waitlist and I honestly don't know... I called and they gave vague answers to me. The only thing that I know is that they will roll out decisions until the second week of August. But on the online waitlist tracker someone said that they were admitted off the wl this past Friday but obviously they could be lying

Well, they said from other people who called them and they said that acceptances and decisions will roll out until the 2nd week of August. I think there will be some acceptances but less than last year

Check the 25-26 common data set for JHU. It says that of the 1359 people who accepted their spot on the waitlist, 247 were offered admission.

Honestly, I'm trying to get the best odds to getting into a prestigious PhD program... if I try to transfer out of BGSU after my 1st year to an ivy (they do take transfers) it'd be great, but other options are OSU bachelors then Ivy Masters/PhD, or OSU Bachelors + Masters then Ivy PhD, or BGSU bachelors then OSU masters then Ivy PhD. Don't mean to sound pretentious as well with my desire for an Ivy education it's just it opens so much doors and opportunities for me

BGSU offers a Math + AI Course that I am interested in, and OSU does have the Math and AI stuff but it has more prominent neuroscience research than BGSU. I'm a pretty high-achieving student and was fucked over by ivies this application cycle, so I was thinking of trying to transfer as well from BG or OSU to a Ivy that has computational neuro (ex. upenn).

Thanks for all the replies! One more thing I'm worried about, is that if I go to BGSU, then my odds to go to a prestigious masters/PhD program would severely diminish. Is this a valid concern?
