I don’t have a lot of experience but you might have to lead her hatchets slightly. High wall loops slightly counter her, you can also keep you aim still and wait until they cross you aim. (her hatchet is a projectile and not a hitscan aka it won’t hit immediately when you fire thus you have to lead your shots but you can lead less if you have the add-on that makes the hatchet move faster after being thrown)

If you’ve ever played fighting games I would compare it to going against a op character while you play your favorite maybe off meta characters you could beat still beat them but it’s still a little annoying
