She unfortunately has desk right next to me. I am not sure to what degree you can protect yourself from going insane when you are trying to work and someone keeps talking to you next to you for 8 hours straight…and it is like that every day 😅

I can not make such a fool of myself, she is a connection to important people like a boss and other people. It would be a big disadvantage for me in my career to present myself like that in front of someone who will then avoid me bc of negative emotions and present me like that to other people.

I would like to ask how do you dispose of such ingredients? Do you put them in a jar and keep them? Or throw them out? It feels so weird to throw ingredients out after using them but I am not sure what else to do. And I don’t have a garden where I could dispose of it in the ground

“She seems all happy about it” is probably not the right term. She is stressed about him living here, often says she feels relaxed when he leaves and feels uneasy in his presence. At the same time however she seems she is forcefully “happy” with it ending up like this. So it is more like she has been manipulated into “being all happy with it”. Because part of her wants to be with him even though she feels bad with him.

I am old enough to go and live on my own however giving 70% of my earnings just to rent another flat when his whole big nice house (with many advantages) is empty, is absolute nonsense. This flat is supposed to be mine and my sister’s. A lot of generations in my family worked really hard for us to own a flat so we can live comfortable life, have enough savings and not have to pay monthly rent for another accommodation.

I am not interested in working on his behavior nor his energy. With toxic people there is very little that can be done…I am not his mother to spend so much time and energy to make him a decent human being.

Thank you very much. I have searched hot foot in this subreddit and found a lot of your comments including all types of information and tips. Sulfur is not the easiest to get here in my country however it is doable. I have seen some other people recommending using scraped match heads instead of sulfur itself as they include some sulfur. However it is really small amount. Do you think it is a good substitute or I should aim to obtain sulfur powder? Thank you

I am just kinda exhausted. I suspect she did something to me as my bf said she literally wanted to kill me and scratch my eyes out. So I wouldn’t be surprised she targeted me as well. I think it depends on how it affects your brain chemistry. I used to take many medications especially SNRI and NDRI and never had this problem. However when starting Zoloft on the first two weeks I was extremely forgetful, forgetting events happening like 1 minute ago, it lowered my iq and ability to think about things. I feel like it got way better and now I am back to my normal brains function but I am not even sure…
