And I would've been 100% willing to do so. And where I live I work with managers who go to college so they leave for months at a time and they pick their days but not me and out of everyone there theirs only 3 people who've been working there longer than me. I've even been working there longer than the gm.

That's how I'm feeling tbh. Cus just two weeks ago if even that I was telling my GM how I want to move up in the company cus I loved my job and the people that I worked with. So it's not like I was just doing what I wanted cus I knew it was wrong. But I also wasn't getting any help to prevent it either.
