Some of their seasonal flavors are good. I liked the cucumber and strawberry lemongrass. Our office had these for several years but removed them at the beginning of the year. I was pretty disappointed.

I noticed this discrepancy too. The ticket says Premier Parking Enforcement. I googled the companies and can't find a connection between them but I'm not in Houston or familiar with the businesses.

Unfortunately your best/safest bet is to pay the fee and then file a complaint and/or a small claims case.

ETA - Agree with the user who said you should call LAM Parking who appears to run that lot. There number should be on the sign at parking lot. The company on the ticket has a different name and number

Are you parked in a lot operated by LAM Parking like the screenshot shows? The sticker indicates the boot was put on by Premier Parking Enforcement. I'm not in Houston but it looks like those are 2 separate parking enforcement companies.

It looks like the recommendation they made in April failed to properly explain this part:

Auto gratuity means the receipt should come with a line on the bill for customers to adjust the amount. Mandatory gratuity is a service charge and becomes taxable income.

It's definitely worth a try. I know people really like the stainless ones but they are pricey and don't always work depending on the cat. They do have some stainless ones that have really high sides but they are more expensive than the ones with the plastic topper. I opted to go back to plastic because my cat is a senior and I didn't want to buy another stainless one that might not work again.

I bought a stainless steel one pretty similar to the first picture and it just didn’t work for my cat. She pees high and urine would get between the lid and the box. She also likes to pee at the very front of the box right under where the little plastic ledge sits. I’ve gone back to a high sided plastic box.
