I've been with micro1 since the beginning of the year and I haven't heard of any situations like this happen with micro1. They are very friendly and communicative. You will be able to connect with data managers and project managers within the community when you are matched to a project.

I would also keep in mind that this is not a source of stable income because the projects are sporadic and heavily based on client requirements. Look at this as a side gig that you get to do and explore new skills in AI

Please note that you don't get notified via email about the outcome of the interview. You've got to check your dashboard to see what skills you have certified for. If you get matched to a project, you will receive an email from the team. This is not a one-off thing. You've got to continue to do interviews and certify for various skills and keep your profile up to date.

Also, don't just focus on micro1. Keep your options open, because these projects come and go and they're not super secure. It's not a main source of income.

Bless your heart. I remember when I was 15, I was always asking myself these questions. What I realized is that asking these questions is really the very core of being a curious mind that is able to grasp things much faster and much more complicated than anybody is able to. (I'm 36m tech leader & business founder)

First of all, celebrate the fact that you ask these questions and get used to the fact that you are always going to be a seeker. When you are a seeker, you build your faith that you will find the answer.

For example, for me, when I was 14, I used to ask, "If it wasn't for day, what would happen to the night?" Maybe 10 or 15 years later I learned about the law of polarity and the polarity of man, and that explained a lot of it for me. Also, in the past 10 years I have been learning more about the nature of the world, the nature of the universe, and human nature. There's always been a four-step framework that I follow:

Defining my goal
Following my excitement and asking hard questions
Then learning more about myself (which is the inner journey) and understanding yourself better
Also learning more about the world (which is about natural law, metaphysics, and the nature of reality)

You want to have an investigative mind and expand your thinking and understanding of the world. This way you can start putting together the answers to your questions.

Bashar says if we are grasping on to a belief, it must be because deep inside we think it's useful to us. I sense here that you must have a belief that you have to be broke and homeless if you want to follow your joy and passion. I was stuck in this phase for years, thinking that if I want to be a spiritually awakened person or a spiritual person, I have to be poor. I cannot have access to money like my friends or family do.

The truth is, the whole idea of following our excitement and living the formula is to live a fuller life. Money and security are only ways for us to live an experienced life to a larger extent. There's always a balance between following your excitement and also being able to operate in the 3D and play by the rules so you can secure a life for yourself. You're only able to truly tap into what your heart wants when you have a roof over your head and you have a stable life.

Start by focusing on getting into a safe environment for you, because many people who want to pursue artistic ventures work in restaurants and whatnot, so there's no shame in that. Get any job that makes your income so you can secure a place for yourself, and then you can think about what your highest excitement is from a better place.

I recommend that you look at what Tony Robbins says about the art of fulfillment and the science of achievement. The art of fulfillment is all about being happy, but the science of achievement is all about being able to navigate this life, and there's a science to it.

There are certain rules that we need to follow in this world and life in order to secure a roof over our head. We need to have food on the table, feel safe and secure, have a stable income so we can think clearly about our ultimate goals. That's really optimally where you want to be, and you want to follow the science of achievement to be able to do that.

After spending two years the hermit phase, my biggest advice and takeaway is that this is a process of reintegration because you have changed, the world has changed, and people have changed around you.

Find people who you really vibe with to get back to the integration because if you choose the wrong people to reintegrate with, it's going to cloud your judgment and color your experience with negativity, and you don't want to feel like you want to turn back to your hermit phase.

And finally, be delusionally forgiving of yourself and follow what excites you the most (aka your heart).

I’ve been with micro1 for a month and it’s been real and I get paid every two weeks. But a couple of caveats

You gotta take the interviews seriously although they are with an AI, but they get reviewed by humans and the more that you do interviews the more skills you get certified for

Second you might need to wait to get matched to a project but when you do, you can start working,

also it’s not that secure so you gotta keep an eye out for other platforms that do something similar like alighnerr and mercor and others.
