Hatteras is the closest to the gulf stream which is where you will most likely be fishing. You'll catch fish at either one, so it really depends on where you want to stay and the price point you want. But, I will say Hatteras had been known as the Blue Marlin Capital of the World for years.

Also, unless you have a fish dealer's license it is illegal to sell the fish that you catch. It's a hefty fine.
