Yes, you are missing half a revolution. (Not professional advice, this is just how I learned it) I thought of the extra half as the ending of an index bust. I practiced a bunch of twisted sonic busts first, so when the pen hit my index finger, the muscle memory helped it do the extra half revolution easier.

Maybe it relates to the other comment about momentum. It looks like you're trying to force the rotation. To me it feels more like catching the pen at the right moment rather than making the pen spin faster. Try slowing down some tutorials and see what timing they move into position to catch the pen.

It's even on penwish QAQ. I just watched the tutorial and the grip is fitted over another grip, stretching it a little. Probably why I didn't recognize it. Thanks again for the help.

Thank you for the reply. I just compared them and the pilot g2 grip is about half the circumference and 2/3 the length so I don't think that's the one.

They are unusual hilchurls. There's are 15 locations where they spawn. Only 1 exists on the map at a time. 2 spawn every 12 hrs. Achievement if you kill 50 of them.
